Mrs. Streeter earned her Bachelor of Social Work Degree at North Carolina A&T State University and is currently attending A&T to earn a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Mrs. Streeter worked as a Fourth Grade School Teacher in the Wayne County School District and as a Self-Sufficiency Case Manager in Goldsboro, NC. She later had the opportunity to take on a rewarding position as a School Social Worker at the Duplin County Alternative Learning Program for five years. While in that position, she helped serve at-risk youths in grades four through eleven by assisting students to work through behavior issues and coordinating activities for the Character Education Program.
Mrs. Streeter has experience as a Qualified Mental Health Professional as she provided community support services to children and adults by teaching skill building techniques that would help alleviate symptoms and increase wellness. These services empowered individuals to reach a functional level mentally and socially at home, school, or in the community.
Mrs. Streeter is excited to be a part of the M8D 2 Rise, Inc. team. She has so much to offer and believes in the vision and mission of the organization.
